BYLAW -9- Obtain Approval Before Altering a Strata Lot
- An owner must obtain the written approval of the Strata Corporation before making an alteration to a strata lot that involves any of the following:
- doors, windows, window coverings affecting the exterior appearance of the building
or skylights … on the exterior of a building, or that front on the common property.

- Café Curtains Behind Blinds (white, off-white or translucent)
- Motorized Blinds
Not Allowed or Avoid

- Reflective foil coverings
- Temporary coverings (cardboard, plastic, paper)
